At Healthflow, our physiotherapy services are led by Diane Patterson, a highly experienced physiotherapist with decades of clinical practice in advanced manual therapy and assessment. Diane has completed extensive post-graduate education across a wide range of approaches to the body—uniting advanced training, critical thinking, and hands-on expertise to provide truly individualised care.
The Healthflow Approach
Our physiotherapy philosophy takes a whole-body perspective, addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to pain, dysfunction, or movement limitations. Rather than simply treating symptoms, our goal is to restore balance and integration throughout the entire system—muscular, fascial, skeletal, and neurological.
Postural Reconstruction® Physiotherapy
At the heart of our physiotherapy services is Postural Reconstruction® Physiotherapy, a powerful manual therapy approach that identifies and corrects the root causes of dysfunction within the body’s structure and movement.
Developed in Strasbourg, France, this method is based on a deep understanding of how tension and compensation patterns develop over time. Using detailed assessment and gentle, precise manual techniques, Postural Reconstruction® works to re-establish optimal alignment, release restrictions, and restore natural movement efficiency.
Benefits of Postural Reconstruction® Physiotherapy include:
- Reduction or elimination of chronic pain
- Improved posture and alignment
- Restoration of functional movement and flexibility
- Enhanced breathing and balance
- Better integration between the nervous, muscular, and skeletal systems
