Adrienne’s practice applies traditional naturopathic principles and evidence-based medicine. Her approach
focuses on discovering the root cause behind your health challenges, recognizing that there are often several interconnected factors at play. Using a systematic approach, she will prioritize your needs, and offer
individualized solutions with a customized plan. She may recommend testing, supplements, botanicals,
lifestyle changes, IV therapy, or injections. Her practice prioritizes holding space for people from diverse
sociocultural backgrounds, genders, and sexual orientations. She believes that meeting patients where they
are at and working collaboratively are essential to achieving meaningful health goals.
Adrienne was born and raised in Calgary, but her curiosity took her to Vancouver to attend UBC, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences. Working in the Downtown Eastside opened her eyes to the complexity of people’s struggles and made her realize that truly helping others would require further learning and growth. She jumped at the opportunity to move to Toronto at attend the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Drawn to the challenges of working with those with complex chronic illness, she pursued advanced clinical training through a two-year residency in Nova Scotia with Dr. Bryan Rade, ND. After being away from her hometown for 18 years, Adrienne is thrilled to be back and looks forward to working with you!
